Capsitech Institute of Technology is powered and managed by Capsitech IT Services Private Limited. As a member of our institution, you are expected to follow the points mentioned below.
Your institution will be responsible for overall supervision of your course including libraries, classroom and machine rooms and the local welfare assistance to the students. Your institution shall also provide the teaching, non-teaching, and support staff to ensure an appropriate study-friendly environment including the arrangements of practical sessions, seminars, assignments, and industry-oriented lectures. Your university shall be responsible towards organizing the sessions, conducting the lectures, conducting the examinations, and awarding the degrees.
The fees once paid to the institute is non-refundable. The candidates will not have any right to claim refund of the fees or any other charges.
Your offer letter will outline the basis of fees calculation and modes of payment. Failure to comply by the rules set by the university and the institution to pay the fees would lead to termination of membership.
The management of the institution and the university reserves the right to amend the rules in regards to the fees’ structure and payment processes.
In addition to the fees outlines, you may need to incur additional expenses for field trips, industrial orientations, excursions, placements, etc.
You are expected to have appropriate financial support to carry out the course and meet your liabilities. Neither the university nor the college holds any responsibility for any of your personal or educational debt.
Ownership of the intellectual property rights (broadly defined, whether registrable patents or not) in materials devised, made, or created by you normally rests with the company (Capsitech IT Services Private Limited). However, based on the educational requirements, you will have the freedom and access to represent your work and the company.
As a member of the university and the institution, you give your consent that your personal data can be used and processed for related activities. The university and the institution may use such information for various purposes.
While studying at CIT, it is important for you to maintain the confidentiality of others and ensure that you do not participate, engage, or encourage others in sharing of any sensitive data related to any individual, company, institution, or university.

Students are strictly advised not to communicate in their regional languages during professional engagements, meetings, or training sessions. Capsitech Institute of Technology is committed to fostering a safe and trustworthy environment for all users. We thank you for placing your trust in us.
The purpose of this policy is to provide guidelines that our interns should acknowledge whilst making use of the conveyance facility provided by the Company.
This policy is applicable to all the interns of the company who make use of the cab service facilities provided by the third-party service providers appointed by the Company.
The company provides the cab facility by appointing a third-party service provider who is licensed to provide the transport service. Company, therefore, is not responsible for any inconveniences that may arise during the journey. Whilst we undertake every measure into consideration to ensure utmost safety of the interns, we declare that the final responsibility is of the service provider and not of the company.
The company is not responsible for any mishappening/ accident/ or any loss to any intern or their property. Any claims in that regard should be settled with the service provider/ insurance company/ or respective body.
Interns who wish to discontinue the cab facility must inform the team at least 15 days in advance via email at admissions@capsitech.com, ensuring this is done before the end of the current month.
If the discontinuation request is made immediately or in the middle of a month, full cab charges for the entire month will be deducted. No pro-rata adjustments will be considered in such cases.
